Plain terms, plainly said.
Bloom is a personal tool for tending your relationships. Use it for that, treat the people in it with care, and we will keep it growing.

You need to be 13 or older
Bloom is not for children under 13. If you are between 13 and 18, your parent or guardian needs to have agreed to these terms on your behalf.
Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Bloom never creates or stores a password for your account, which means your inbox is the only key to it — keep it secure.
The people in your garden
You are responsible for what you record about other people, and for having a good reason to record it. Bloom is for reflection and care — never for monitoring, pressuring, or harassing anyone. If someone asks to be removed from your garden, delete their plant: it erases both our copy and everything held on your device.
What we cannot get back for you
Because names, contact details, and notes live only on your device, we hold no copy of them. If you lose your phone or delete your account, we cannot restore them. Signing in elsewhere brings back your garden's history, but you will need to enter the names again.
Not therapy
Bloom is a relationship wellness tool, not a mental health service, therapy platform, or medical device. Its prompts and health levels are reflections, not clinical advice. If you are struggling, please speak to a qualified professional.
Free, for now
Bloom costs nothing and has no subscriptions or in-app purchases. If that ever changes, we will update these terms and show you the price before anything is charged.
The full terms
This page is a plain-language summary. The complete Terms of Service, together with the Privacy Policy, are what you agree to when you create an account.
